By installing or using Petfueler ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Petfueler is an offline scheduling and reminder tool for pet care routines. All content in the App (pet profiles, routines, schedules, reminders) is created and entered by you. The App does not generate, suggest, or provide pet care, dietary, or veterinary advice of any kind.
You are solely responsible for the care of your animals and for the accuracy of any schedule you create. Reminders may fail to fire due to device settings, battery optimization, OS behavior, or device failure. Do not rely on the App as the sole safeguard for any time-critical animal care.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your devices. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App.
Optional cosmetic themes may be offered as one-time in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Google Play policy or applicable law. Purchases unlock cosmetic features only.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quillheart LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including harm to animals or property, arising from use of or inability to use the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the App or store listing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
