The app has no internet access at all — it cannot send data anywhere, and it does not ask for that permission. Nothing you enter leaves your device.

Your projects and photos

Project and material details you enter are saved locally on your device. Photos you add are stored in the app's own private storage and are never uploaded. When you delete a project or material, its photo is removed with it.

Reminders

Ashphoenix can post notifications to remind you about your projects. These reminders are scheduled and shown on your device only. To do this the app asks permission to send notifications and to schedule alarms; it uses these solely for the reminders you set.

Exporting and backing up your data

You can export your list as a plain-text file, and you can create a backup file that contains your projects, materials, reminders, and photos. Both are written to your device's Downloads folder, only when you choose to create them, and they go only where you save them. We never see these files. Restoring a backup reads the file you pick and loads it back into the app's private storage on your device.

Deleting your data

Simply uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes everything, including saved photos, and the app never copies anything to any cloud service. If you made a backup file, it stays in your Downloads folder until you delete it.
